DAMAGED PRODUCT

You must notify us of the problem within 5 days by phone Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 1-514-357-2267 or by email clients@sabinegaspard.com. Please have in your possession or send us any material that may help us understand the nature of the problem (i.e. if it is a breakage, attach a photo). We will make an agreement with you as to whether or not to return the item. If you must return, at our request, a damaged or defective product or if you have opted for a replacement, the costs of returning or shipping the replacement product are at our expense.
